Founder & CEO
Mohamed Abdul Hameed is the Founder and CEO of Elite Fintax Management Consultancies LLC, bringing over
30 years of leadership experience across Corporate Finance, Investment Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions,
Corporate Governance, Project Management, and Internal Audit. His career spans senior executive roles with
prominent business entities in both India and the Middle East, where he has consistently driven strategic growth,
operational excellence, and cross-border collaborations.
With a proven track record in Joint Ventures and high-stakes financial oversight, Mohamed combines deep
industry insight with a forward-thinking approach to business transformation. His leadership at Elite reflects a
commitment to integrity, innovation, and sustainable value creation.
Mohammed Jaabir
Consultant
Jaabir is a qualified finance professional with an MBA from IIT Madras and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
(Honours). He holds a Master’s in Islamic Finance and is a Certified Islamic Finance Expert, both awarded by
AIMS, UK. He is also a certified Business Analyst and has completed multiple NISM certifications in financial
markets. Jaabir heads the Portfolio Management Services division, where he is responsible for shaping
investment strategies and guiding client advisory efforts. He also provides focused consultancy in Islamic finance,
supporting clients in developing ethical, Sharia-compliant financial solutions.
Gulraiz Khan
Consultant
With a BBA from Middlesex University and a passion for building impactful brands, Gulrez Khan is a dynamic
entrepreneur whose ventures span consultancy, hospitality, and digital marketing. Backed by hands-on
leadership and a forward-thinking mindset, Gulrez blends strategic insight with creative execution to scale
startups and transform brand identities. His journey reflects a deep commitment to innovation, client-centric
growth, and bold storytelling—whether launching restaurant concepts or steering advisory firms toward
